In this document, “this app” refers to fynd app.

fynd is a photo application designed to help users browse, organize, search, and rediscover meaningful moments from their personal photo library.

This app provides photo browsing, favorites, search, memory features, widgets, photo organization tools, and sharing features through the system photo library.

Photo processing, analysis, and organization features are primarily performed locally on the user’s device.

2. Photo Access & User Responsibility

Using this app requires users to grant photo library access permission.

Users retain ownership of their photo content.

This app does not own, sell, or transfer user photos.

Users can manage photo library permissions through iOS system settings at any time.

Users are responsible for reviewing photo content before confirming any deletion action.

3. Photo Organization & Deletion

This app provides photo organization and deletion assistance features.

When users confirm deletion, deletion requests are performed through Apple Photos system services.

For Drift and Review features:
